MFMH Graduation 2009
The Master of Forensic Mental Health program commenced in 2007 with 14 students - 12 of whom graduated in May, 2009. Two more students will complete their studies for the MFMH in 2009.
The Occasional Speaker at the Medical Faculty graduation was Assoc Professor Richard Matthews, former Chief Executive of Justice Health and currently Deputy Director-General, NSW Health. Professor Matthews expressed his pleasure, as a 'parent' of the MFMH program, to be present and give the address at the ceremony. Justice Health has funded the program for 4 years and also has awarded approximately 30 scholarships over the three year intakes.
In 2009 the MFMH program has an enrolment of approximately 40 students.
